In addition to my clinical practice, I have a passion for sharing what I’ve learned in this field. I am on the faculty of Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and been a guest lecture for Simmons College and Bay State College. Below are courses I’ve taught geared to health care professionals.

Yoga for Pelvic Pain

I created this course in 2012 for physical therapists and other pelvic health providers. It is a two-day continuing education course presented by Herman and Wallace where we explore how to integrate yoga into the treatment of pelvic pain.

Pelvic Floor 1

This three day course trains physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurse midwives, and other pelvic health providers how to treat urinary incontinence and the musculoskeletal components of urogynecologic pain syndromes. These syndromes include chronic pelvic pain (CPP), vulvar pain, and interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome (IC/PBS).
