Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
This website uses Google Analytics to help analyze how users use the site. The tool uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The anonymous information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including IP address) is transmitted to Google. I use this aggregate information to evaluate visitors’ use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.
No personally identifiable information is collected about you. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither I nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user. If you wish, you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking software altogether.
I only have access to and collect private information (e.g. name, email, phone number) that you voluntarily give via email, contact form, or other direct contact from you. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone. (Frankly, it doesn’t set a good precedent for provider-patient relationship.)
Your Access to and Control Over Information
